I feel like writing is one of the biggest inventions that Man has created. I wish to write more. Writing about a subject, you will learn how to become more literate, while also learning a great deal about the subject you are writing. I have this desire to learn and write, but also to grow within the many interests that I have in my life.

• Books/Comics/Reading

If I was more determined, I’d like to get rid of all other entertainment and only read books and comics. The millions of published works that are out there for us to read and digest, its overwhelming and I just want to be able to ingulf it all. Maybe I should go to jail, so I can have all the time to read that I want (haha joke).

• Social Sciences

We as human beings are always curious about oursleves. How we came to be, who we are, and the science that tries to explains it all. I used to think history was boring and a waste of time. But my more mature, adult brain loves learning how much homo sapiens have changed the world. Books, documentaries and interesing discusstions are much more facinating to me now.

• Photography

This artform holds a dear place in my heart. It was something my Grandpa and I bonded over, and he took me to my first photography class. It’s a very fun creative outlet, and I can always light up an experience with a camera in my hands. I want to post my images and discuss photography subjects along side them.

• Video Games

I have loved the world of video games for as long as I can remember! Although, I have a conflicted love-hate relationship with them. They are very entertaining and you get so immersed in the worlds and stories they tell. But on the other hand, I feel like video games are an easy way for me to waste time that I could be spending doing something productive towards my own personal progression. With that said, I still enjoy relaxing with a controller in my hands.

• Movies/TV series/Film

Who doesn’t love movies right? Ever since we were kids, we were entranced with the images that flashed before our eyes. We fall in love with these characters, because we are experiencing what they go through alongside them.

In my opinion, movies that are overly exaggerated, with no real depth, tend to be less enjoyable for me. Movies like, the Transformers series, and the newer Fast and Furious movies are some expamples. They can be fun, but I roll my eyes quite a bit when I watch them. Great works of art like Little Women, Breaking Bad, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, show that depth with entertainment correctly, in my opinion. There is much art and love shown in the acting, directing, and videography that all comes together so beautifully when done well.

As you can see there’s plenty of different subjects I want to post about. I know its a bit diverse, but that’s great because you can just read what fascinates you as well! The main reason for me to write is because I believe it will be a great, creative outlet for me, and I will learn much from it.
